How to activate the "Caller Identification" function?

Please follow the steps to set up:

1. Go to “Settings” -> “Apps” -> “Phone” -> “Call Blocking & Identification” -> Find Whoscall and turn it on.
2. Go back to Whoscall App and download the offline database.
3. After finishing the above steps, you can go to your Phone app and check “Recents” to see if there are caller IDs under previously unknown numbers.

Note: If you have another Caller Identification App installed, it may cause Whoscall to fail to work properly.
