How to activate the "Caller Identification" function?

Please follow the steps to set up:

1. Go to “Settings” -> “Phone” -> "Call Blocking & Identification" -> Find the options related to Whoscall and turn them on.
   
2. Go back to Whoscall App and download the offline database.
   
3. After finishing step 1 and 2, you can go check your "Recents" to see if there are caller IDs under the strange number.

In addition, if you have another Caller Identification App, it may cause failure when using Whoscall.
