Whoscall iOS version identifies calls by querying the offline database with 200 thousand data, which was downloaded in advance. If there is no information when the call comes, but the information displays through the ‘Number lookup’, it means that this number hasn’t been stored in the offline database yet. Offline database update once a week to make sure it can identify the latest fraud number.
If you find Whoscall doesn’t identify any number, it might because the iOS system automatically disables the “Call Blocking & Identification”. Please go to “Setting” -> “Phone” -> “Call Blocking & Identification” -> Find the options related to Whoscall and turn them on.If it doesn’t work, please enter Whoscall App -> Settings -> Refresh “Call Blocking & Identification”.
