Please follow the instruction and check your settings:
- Is your Whoscall Premium already expired or cancelled?
- Is the "Call Blocking & Identification" turned off?
You will be able to check this by going to "Setting" > "Phone" > "Call Blocking & Identification".
- Is the "Auto-update" toggle turned off in the Whoscall app?
- Is the region in the Whoscall app switched to other countries?
If you have changed to other countries, you will have to reopen the Whoscall and download the offline database.
Furthermore, due to the limitation of the system performance, iPhone 6, 6 plus, 5s and below, and iPad are unable to support "auto-update" function. If you have already followed the instruction, but there’s still a problem, please attach your screenshot with the problem and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
