Why cannot my Whoscall identifies numbers, after I successfully turn on "auto-update"?

If you found that your calls are totally not identified, the "Call Blocking & Identification" might be automatically turned off by the system. You will be able to check it by going to "Setting" > "Phone" > "Call Blocking & Identification". If it wasn’t turned off, please try to refresh "Call Blocking & Identification" in the "Setting" of Whoscall app.
