If your "Call Blocking & Identification" option is disappeared, please kindly try to
- Uninstall Whoscall
- "Reboot" device (please follow the instruction on https://support.apple.com/zh-tw/guide/iphone/iph8903c3ee6/ios)
- Reinstall Whoscall again and follow the on boarding instructions. Following the instruction above, the abnormal condition should be solved.

And Whoscall team found that iOS 14.5 will cause “Call Blocking & Identification” to disappear. You need to wait about 30 seconds in the “Phone” setting page, the “Call Blocking & Identification” option will appear, and you can turn it on to enable Whoscall.
