If your "Call Blocking & Identification" option is disappeared, please kindly try to
- Uninstall Whoscall
- "Reboot" device (please follow the instruction on https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios )
- Reinstall Whoscall again and follow the on boarding instructions.
Following the instruction above, the abnormal condition should be solved.

Whoscall team found that iOS 14.5 / 14.5.1 will cause "Calling & Identification" to disappear.
