Why do some spam text messages appear as the source of Email? How can I avoid getting these messages?

These messages are sent through the iMessage feature.

Currently, Whoscall cannot filter iMessage messages, but you can avoid getting similar messages by turning off iMessage.

The steps are as follows:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap "Message".
3. Set iMessage to "Off".
