How to redeem an offer code?

To redeem an offer code, please follow the instructions:

・If you get an offer code which obtained 23 characters of English and numbers (for example KH6Z0ZJM8TAZ7TWDWGZSVFY)

1. Please open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
2. After entering the app, click the profile icon on the top-right.
3. Enter the profile page and click "Payments & subscriptions" > "Redeem gift code".
4. Redemption is complete after entering the offer code.

Please log in your Google Play Store and Whoscall with the same Google account.

・If you get an offer code which obtained 16 characters of English and numbers (for example ABC123)

1. Open Whoscall and click on the tab "Premium.”
2. On the "Go Premium" page, select "Monthly Plan" on the right.
3. Click on "Redeem Code.”
4. Sign in to Whoscall and complete the number verification (Please log in your Google Play Store and Whoscall with the same Google account.)
5. Click on your payment method.
   
6. Click on "Redeem Code".
   
7. Redemption is complete after entering the offer code.
